ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES OF THE PRESERVE HOA OF SPRING GROVE
BOARD MEETING – March 19th, 2025
Ross Vigder, Acting President, called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm and established a quorum. He welcomed the residents who came to the meeting and dispensed with thereading of the minutes of the 2024 Annual Meeting which were approved by Tom Baba and seconded by Elvira Cerauli.
ELECTION RESULTS
Ross thanked the volunteer election judges, Ron and Valorie Lewallen. Kristen Solum then announced the 2025 election results:
President: Jeff Beck
Vice President: To be appointed by Jeff Beck
Treasurer: Tom Baba
Members at Large: James Bochnovic, Elvira Cerauli, Mark Czuba, Ron Moore, Kristen Solum
The names of four residents, who were not present, were written in for the position of Secretary: Jen Brunswick, Polly Ehrenkaufer, Carolyn Mucek, Kevin Simmons.
Kristen Solum will contact the four candidates for their decision.
OPEN DISCUSSION
Ross Vigder announced that the next Board Meeting will be April 16, 2025. As there was no discussion from residents, the motion to adjourn was made by James Bochnovic and seconded by Kristen Solum. Ross Vigder adjourned the meeting at 7:35 pm.
