This is a reminder that the 2026/2027 annual HOA dues for The Preserve Homeowners Association of Spring Grove are due by April 30, 2026.. If you have already submitted your payment, please disregard this notice. If not, we urge you to do so promptly.
Please be aware that under Article 13, Section 4C of the Association’s governing documents, failure to pay general dues or special assessments triggers specific enforcement actions. These include:
-
Suspension of the owner’s voting rights for any period during which dues or assessments remain unpaid.
-
Issuance of a written notice reminding the owner that payment has not been received within the required timeframe.
-
Placement of a lien on the lot/property if payment is still not received after notice. The owner is responsible for all dues or assessments owed, plus any legal fees and costs associated with filing the lien with McHenry County.
-
Accrued interest on past-due amounts at a rate of 10% per annum, compounded daily for the duration of the delinquency.
-
Responsibility for all costs associated with removing the lien once full payment is received by the Treasurer.
We strongly encourage all homeowners to submit payment as soon as possible to avoid these penalties.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
The Preserve Homeowners Association of Spring Grove
