Elections for the Preserve Homeowners Association 2026 Board will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 7:00pm in the lower-level meeting room at the State Bank of the Lakes in Spring Grove IL.
The 2026 Preserve HOA Board Ballot will be mailed to you along with a self-addressed and stamped envelope.
We currently have two (2) open member-at-large positions that need to be filled. If you are interested in becoming a member-at-large or are interested in any of the positions, please use the write in areas provided to nominate yourself.

- If you plan on attending the annual meeting, please bring this ballot with you, sealed in the envelope provided.
- If you cannot attend the meeting at the bank, return your absentee ballot in the enclosed self-addressed and stamped envelope to our P.O. Box 474.
If mailed, your ballot must be in the provided self-addressed and stamped envelope AND received at the Association P.O. Box no later than 10 days prior to the annual meeting for it to be considered and counted.
