- October **NO MEETING**
- November – Wednesday, November 12th 2025
- December – Wednesday, December 17th 2025
Time & Location:
All meetings are held at 6:30pm at the State Bank of the Lakes in Spring Grove, located at 1906 Holian Dr.
All residents are welcome to attend these meetings to meet a few neighbors and learn exactly how the board functions. Our annual meeting, in which all homeowners are encouraged to participate, is held in March. The annual meeting covers office and member-at-large elections, budget presentation for the coming year, and any other pertinent business.
Dates are subject to change, in the event a meeting is canceled or rescheduled an email will be sent out to all residents.
